Working principle:

The vibrating dewatering screen adopts dual vibrating motors or flange-type vibrators (two ordinary motors are dragged to reverse self-synchronized rotation in the opposite direction), so that the screen body periodically reciprocates along the linear direction to achieve the purpose of graded dehydration. The double motor self-synchronous technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator are adopted.It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor.Two unrelated vibrators for synchronous reverse operation, two groups of eccentric mass produced by the centrifugal force along the vibration direction of the component superposition, reverse centrifugal offset, thus forming a single vibration along the vibration direction, the screen box reciprocating linear motion.
